The cheapest penthouse at the Diamond Casino is $1.5 million, but it will give you access to the casino missions.
How To Start Casino Mission Gta 5 Online
To purchase the penthouse you can go to the guest services desk and speak with the concierge. After you have the Penthouse, you will then be able to access a new area of the casino for Management. This area is only available to VIP members and this is the area that you will be able to start the casino missions in GTA Online.
There is a caveat to accessing the casino missions though. If you have registered as a VIP you can access the casino missions through invitation from someone who does have a penthouse at the casino.
