There are only two single deck blackjack games in Las Vegas that pay 3-2. El Cortez offers a $5 game that permits double down on any two cards. Silverton has a single deck game that only has double down on 10 and 11. Neither permits double down after splitting. All other Las Vegas single deck blackjack games pay 6-5.

Double Deck Blackjack

The best blackjack games in Las Vegas casinos tend to be double deck. The best is at M Resort. It has a $50 minimum bet and stands on all 17s. Players may double down on any two cards and after splitting. This game also permits re-split aces. There are several casinos on the Las Vegas Strip that offer this game without re-split aces.

Six-Deck Blackjack

The best six deck blackjack games in Las Vegas stand on all 17s. These great tables also have double down before and after splitting, surrender and re-split aces. Treasure Island offers these tables for $25. For $50, players will find it at M Resort MGM Grand. Higher end MGM properties have the game for $100.

Video Blackjack in Las Vegas

Vegas video blackjack was once a great way to get favorable rules for lower limits. Those days are over in Las Vegas. Most video blackjack machines pay 6-5 and you won’t find much better odds around town. The exceptions are at The D and Venetian, where you can still find video blackjack games that pay 3-2.

Players will find eight-deck shoes on the main floor that pay 3-2 among the 6-5 ones. Double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender, are allowed. Bellagio

Surrender and re-split aces are also allowed. The other blackjack game in high limit at Caesars Palace is a double deck that hits soft 17. Double down before and after splitting are permitted. It also has a $100 minimum bet.

The only other 3-2 blackjack game at Caesars in on the main floor. It uses eight decks. Double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender, are permitted. The dealer hits soft 17. The game has a $10 minimum bet.

Beware of some atrocious 6-5 games spread at Caesars Palace. These include Free Bet Blackjack with a 2.42% house edge and a game that only permits double down on 10 and 11 and not after splitting. The house edge for that game is 2.34%.

Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan requires at least a $100 minimum bet to play at a 3-2 blackjack game. This game has six decks and permits double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender and re-split aces. Players can get this game where the dealer stands on all 17s on all high limit tables; minimum $100 and up.

Players will only find 3-2 blackjack games at Flamingo in high limit and the casino floor right in front of it. The high limit game has a $100 minimum bet. It uses six decks and allows double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender. It stands on all 17s.

There is a $15 eight-deck game with the same rules as the high limit one except that it hits soft 17.

Harrah’s

Harrah’s offers the exact three 3-2 games spread at Flamingo. The limits are also the same. Players will find the 3-2 games in high limit and on the casino floor behind the craps tables.
